Based on the evidence that curcumin has a significant inhibitory effect on breast cancer cells, this study analyzed the possible genetic pathway of curcumin targeting breast cancer cells by RNA sequence technology. Ferroptosis, a worthy pathway, was dug out by us in the final results. Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent, non-apoptotic type of cell death that has gradually been recognized as a new chemotherapy target for cancer treatment.
