In this study, we compared gene expression genome wide between phyB1 and phyB2 mutants and wild-type tomato seedlings grown in the dark or exposed to 60 minutes of red light. Our goal was to identify molecular networks underlying phyB1 and phyB2 signaling in photomorphogenesis and to distinguish their individual, redundant, and cooperative roles.
