Expression data from Angiotensin II (Ang II)-treated Rat Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells (RVSMC)

We used Rat Affymetrix gene array to profile Ang II-regulated gene in RVSMC and evaluated their role in VSMC dysfunction.我们采用大鼠Affymetrix基因芯片，对大鼠血管平滑肌细胞（Rat Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells, RVSMC）中血管紧张素Ⅱ（Angiotensin Ⅱ, Ang Ⅱ）调控的基因进行了表达谱分析，并评估了这些基因在血管平滑肌细胞（Vascular Smooth Muscle Cell, VSMC）功能异常中的作用。
