Dataset and omic data from Thesis entitled: The Effect of High-Fat Diet During Mouse Preimplantation and Pregnancy-Lactation on Uterine Fluid Protein Composition, Maternal Metabolism and Offspring Health. Author: Irene Peral-Sanchez The added dataset included raw data generated from the period from Oct 2019 to December 2023. As explained in the thesis, the data were analyzed using SPSS syntax (hierarchical model) and Prism. The omics data (RNA seq and Proteomics) were additionally studied by String and Gene Ontology, apart from R (collaborators).
