This file contains three folders: CODES, DATA and RESULTS. In DATA folder, l china-internal.osh.pbf: the original data on June 4, 2019, that is downloaded on the Geofabrik server and covers historical OSM data in China. l HK_Frame-history-lines.shp: the polyline features of OSM data in the cropped area of Hong Kong obtained by ArcGIS Editor for OSM. l Kowloon_osm_roads.shp: the latest OSM road data in Kowloon. l Kowloon_fishnet.shp: the grids as the units used to compute positional accuracy and completeness. l the image of level 1 in Beijing.tif: the image that is downloaded on the software of 91-weitu. In CODE folder, l osm2csv.py: the python scripts that convert OSM file into object file in csv file. l version_similaity.py: the python scripts including some functions to compute version similarity. l get_graph.py: the python scripts that establish the contributor network. l EWPR.py: the python scripts to comput EWPR-based contributor reputation by evaluation-based weighted PageRank algorithm. In RESULTS folder, l EWPR-based R.xls: the results of EWPR-based contributor reputation. l Kowloon-results.xls: the classification results of contributor reputation, positional accuracy and completeness.<br>本数据集文件包含三个文件夹，分别为CODES、DATA与RESULTS。其中DATA文件夹内包含： - china-internal.osh.pbf：2019年6月4日的原始数据，从Geofabrik服务器下载，涵盖中国境内的历史开放街道地图（OpenStreetMap，OSM）数据； - HK_Frame-history-lines.shp：通过ArcGIS Editor for OSM获取的香港裁剪区域内开放街道地图折线要素； - Kowloon_osm_roads.shp：九龙地区最新的开放街道地图道路数据； - Kowloon_fishnet.shp：用于计算位置精度与完整性的网格单元； - Beijing_level1.tif：从91卫图（91-weitu）软件下载的北京一级影像。 CODE文件夹内包含： - osm2csv.py：用于将开放街道地图文件转换为CSV格式对象文件的Python脚本； - version_similaity.py：包含若干用于计算版本相似度函数的Python脚本； - get_graph.py：用于构建贡献者网络的Python脚本； - EWPR.py：采用基于评估的加权PageRank（PageRank）算法，计算基于EWPR的贡献者声誉的Python脚本。 RESULTS文件夹内包含： - EWPR-based R.xls：基于EWPR的贡献者声誉计算结果； - Kowloon-results.xls：贡献者声誉、位置精度与完整性的分类结果。<br>
