Genome sequencing of Mycobacterium phage WST2 and its clinical Mycobacterium abscessus host panel

This project aims to deposit the complete genome sequence of the novel bacteriophage Mycobacterium phage WST2, which was isolated and characterized for its host range against a panel of clinical Mycobacterium abscessus strains. Genomic sequences of the bacterial strains used in the host range assay are also included as contextual data.
