Aerated Granular Sludge Wastewater Treatment Plant Raw sequence reads

Investigations focused on a full-scale sequencing batch reactor using aerated granular sludge (AGS) for an intensified biological treatment of nutrients. This provided the opportunity to track the composition and fate of antibiotic resistance genes and mobile genetic elements across the free-floating extracellular (DNA) and intracellular (DNA) environments of different sized microbial aggregates (i.e., flocs, small granules, big granules) present in the sludge.
