Auxillary Table S8.

A table containing statistics and other contextual data about the 3640 metagenomic Operational Taxonomic Units (mOTUs), e.g. species-level MAG clusters. Contains the fields: •mOTU_name: ID of the mOTU •mean_ANI: mean of all Average Nucleotide Identity of all the MAGs in the cluster •consensus_tax: predicted consensus taxonomy of the cluster •mean_good_ANI: mean of all ANIs of all the high-quality MAGs (70%+ completeness, <5% redundancy) in the cluster •mean_decent_ANI: mean of all ANIs of all the moderate quality MAGs (40%+ completeness, <5% redundancy) in the cluster •nb_genomes: number of bins in the cluster •nb_good_genomes: number of high quality MAGs (70%+ completeness, <5% contamination) in the cluster •nb_decent_genomes: number of moderate quality MAGs (40%+ completeness, <5% contamination) in the cluster •representative_MAGs: a bin representing the cluster well (very high completeness, very low redundancy)
