<b>Integrating genomic offset (SNP and SV) with ecological niche modeling to assess climate change vulnerability in </b><b><i>Quercus variabilis</i></b>

These VCF files contain candidate SNPs and structural variants associated with climate adaptation in Quercus variabilis, identified through concordant results from LFMM, RDA and PCAdapt analyses. All variants have undergone LD-based filtering (r² < 0.8 within 50kb windows) using stringent q-value thresholds (1e-2 for index variants, 1e-1 for secondary variants). The R scripts in text files include analytical pipelines for (1) species distribution modeling (SDM) and generalized dissimilarity modeling (GDM) for habitat suitability, (2) Bayesian generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) for genotype-environment association testing, and (3) genome-niche index (GNI) calculations for identifying potential sources for evolutionary rescue.
