AMR Allele Mapping BMC Data Note

Location source (plasmid or genome) of the AMR (antimicrobial resistance) alleles detected in cat fecal microbiomes using Hi-C proximity ligation in combination with shotgun sequencing. This spreadsheet is part of a dataset that was submitted to BMC Research Notes as a Data Note. The genomic data (Hi-C sequences, metagenome assembly contigs, and MAGs) is also part of this dataset and is available from NCBI.
