This dataset is about 3D-imaging at high resolution of parvalbumin expressing neurons of selected regions (area 17 of visual cortex) of human brain. The dataset contains the final fused volume in tiff format, the originally acquired 3D stacks, as well as stitching file generated by ZetaStitcher.
