CTD and routinely analyzed biogeochemical parameters in samples collected during R/V Mirai MR22-06C cruise

This dataset includes the profiles of CTD, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll-a fluorescence, beam attenuation coefficient), turbidity, nitrate, and photosynthetically available radiation at the same depths where discrete water samples were collected as the in-situ-sensor-measured data. In addition, salinity, oxygen, major nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon, total-Alkalinity, and chlorophyll-a concentration (bulk and size-fractionated) were measured in water samples collected using a Niskin-bottle rosette at selected depths.本数据集包含在采集离散水样的同一深度处获取的原位传感器实测剖面数据，涵盖CTD（温盐深仪，Conductivity, Temperature, Depth）、溶解氧、叶绿素a荧光、光束衰减系数、浊度、硝酸盐及光合有效辐射。此外，本数据集还收录了通过尼斯金采水器组在选定深度采集的水样中测得的盐度、氧气、主要营养盐、溶解无机碳、总碱度以及叶绿素a浓度（包含总体级与粒径分级组分）。
