This project aims to verify the effect of succinoglycan on the soil microflora. Soil cores were sampled from Tengzhou, Shandong, China. Succinoglycan was added to the soil to 0.25% (w/w) and samples was taken at 0, 45, and 90 d. Total soil DNA was sequenced by Illumina MiSeq thereafter.
