Zooplankton Wet Weight in MR23-06C

Zooplankton samples were collected by vertical hauls with a NORPAC net (mesh size: 0.33 mm, mouth diameter: 45 cm) during the MR23-06C in the pacific sector of Arctic Ocean during September 2023. Zooplankton samples were preserved with 5% buffered formalin immediately on board. In the land laboratory, the zooplankton samples were measured for wet weight with a precision of 1 mg using an electric balance (Mettler Toledo, New classic MF).2023年9月，在北冰洋太平洋扇区的MR23-06C航次中，科研人员采用NORPAC网（网目尺寸：0.33毫米，网口直径：45厘米）通过垂直拖网方式采集浮游动物(Zooplankton)样本。所获浮游动物样本即刻在船上以5%缓冲福尔马林进行固定保存。在陆地实验室内，使用梅特勒托利多(Mettler Toledo) New classic MF型电子天平，以1毫克的精度对浮游动物样本的湿重进行称量。
