Genome wide gene expression profiles of Drosophila metastatic cultured tumors

Clones in the intestinal adult stem cell population mutant for Apc and Apc2, and over-expressing RasV12 and Snail are able to disseminate outside the gut and form macrometastases. These macrometastases can be cultured in allografts. This data shows the changes in gene expression profile of culturde tumors after 1, 2 and 10 (T1, T2, T10) rounds of allograft transplantation We induced clones in adult Drosophila guts mutant for Apc and Apc2 and over-expressing UASRasV12, UASSnail and UASGFP under the Esg-Gal4 driver. We selected 3 macrometastases located at the abodmen, outside the gut, from 3 different flies, and performed an allograft culture in adult flies. We obtained a sample for each allograft at the first (T1), secod (T2) and tenth (T10) round of allograft cultire.
