We present topological evidence that our universe may be a surgically modified manifold. Key proofs: (1) Anomalous Z2 ∗ Z3 fundamental group in CMB cold spots, (2) Residual vacuum entropy Svac = kB ln 2, (3) Surgical seam curvature ∮ KdA = −0.00023π. Two origins considered: advanced cosmic engineering (Type VII civilization) and natural birth via black hole in a parent universe. We analyze the entropic battle between order and chaos, and estimate humanity’s timeline forcreating stability oases.
