The gas liquid contact induced gas cushion effect is widespread in nature. Creatures like water striders utilize such gas cushions on body surfaces for buoyancy. Inspired by this, we employ DLP to construct cellular scale micro gas cushion arrays MCA, driving 3D rapid directional cell movement. The gas-liquid interface of MCA creates heterogeneous water oxygen gradients. Sensing these cues, cells activate the signaling pathway, converting topographical stimuli into biochemical signals that direct cells vertical ascent, horizontal orientation, and fusion, forming a semi suspended cell layer. This rapidly migrating, low contact area cell layer aligns perfectly with the requirements of burn repair. On the MCA, this study then integrates a sweat gland like smart hydrogel to construct a biomimetic epidermis dressing.
