Likelihoods are indicated for null (Lo) and GMYC (LGMYC) models, where null likelihoods are the same for single- and multiple-threshold models. cox1 GMYC outputs include the threshold genetic distance from the branch tips where transition occurred (T, presented for single-threshold model), and the number of putative species as the sum of sequence clusters and singletons (NGMYC). Significance of the likelihood ratio (LR) was evaluated using a chi-square test (see section 2.5 for details of analyses).*** = pn.s. = not significant.
