RNA-seq analysis of vitamin D on the reproductive system in female mice

The effect of vitamin D on the reproductive system in female mice was achieved by differential expression of microRNAs. In this study, a mouse model of vitamin D deficiency was established to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of microRNAs on ovarian granulosa cells in female mice with vitamin D deficiency.After acclimatization that lasted for one week, the mice were randomized to VD-diet (AIN-93G vitamin D) or Control diet (AIN-93G) for eight weeks.
