Folder 0918, 0930, 1007, 1016, 1019, 1023, 1030 stored the ortho-mosaic and DEM.The folder name indicates the data collection dateEach folder contains- crop.m : matlab code to separate each plot.- dem.tif : DEM- grf_crop.mat : cropped DEM and ortho-mosaic for GRF height calculation- grf_height.txt : manual measurement of the GRF height.- height.txt : manual measurement of the plant height (in cm) in each plot. The first collumn is the plot number. 0 means no plant there.- msi.mat : ortho-mosaic of the multispectral images stored in matlab data file calculate_traits.m : matlab code to caculate maximum height, canopy cover and ndvi from ortho-mosaic and DEMget_gcp_height.m : matlab code to caculate GRF height.
