Biosorption is the most commonly used organic matter capture technology, which can change organic matter from pollutants into energy. Biosorption technology has the advantages of high load, impact resistance and good sedimentation. In the past, there were few studies on biosorption, especially on biosorption of organic matter. It is urgent to systematically sort out the problems faced by biosorption of organic matter such as reactor start-up, sludge culture and environmental factors. In this paper, in the form of adsorption-regeneration process, under the artificial simulated domestic sewage environment, the biosorption activated sludge was enriched and cultured, and the reactor was started. The biological adsorption performance of the reactor in different operation stages was tracked and detected, and the characteristics of sludge culture and granulation were analyzed by means of microscopic examination, sludge concentration determination and sludge particle size determination. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect the sludge in the reactor, and the microbial community structure of biosorption sludge was further discussed from the microscopic level. After the formation of granular sludge, sludge that has been aerated for a long time is selected, and then the effect of pH value on biological adsorption performance is studied by batch test.
