Continuous and large-scale: ELEANOR, the soft architected arm inspired by the elephant trunk
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the dataset and MATLAB scripts supporting the manuscript “Continuous and large-scale: ELEANOR, the soft architected arm inspired by the elephant trunk.” The material includes raw and processed experimental data used to characterize ELEANOR, an 85 cm long compliant, tapered, tendon-driven soft robotic arm inspired by the African elephant trunk. The dataset includes Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor (FBGS) shape-reconstruction data, motion-capture data, and MATLAB scripts for dynamic modeling and analysis. The repository is organized into three main folders:- FBGS_data: shape-reconstruction data from FBGS experiments, including free-movement experiments and ventral grasping configurations.- MotionCapture_data: processed motion-capture data containing curvature, bending direction, and torsion for different tendon-actuation conditions.- matlab_scripts: MATLAB files used for dynamic modeling and simulation of the ELEANOR structure. README files are included in the main folder and subfolders to describe the contents and file naming conventions.
