Vibrio alginolyticus strain:LF TCBS 15 Genome sequencing and assembly. Vibrio alginolyticus strain:LF TCBS 15

Vibrio alginolyticus LF TCBS 15 was previously isolated from Lufeng (coastal city of China) seawater, and deposited at the Marine Culture Collection of China (MCCC 1K03520) and Japan Collection of Microorganisms (JCM 32963). It was used as the prey bacterium for the isolation and culture of Halobacteriovorax valvorus BALOs9. Comparative genomic sequence analysis between predator and prey bacteria will provide further insight into the predatory mechanism of Bdellovibrio-and-like organisms.
