In this project, the insertion of the SVA type retrotransposon was found in exonic regions of MSH2 or MSH6 gene. One of the inserted sequence was aligned only by JRGv2 (Japanese Reference Genome V2) provided by Tohoku medical megabank. RNA sequencing revealed aberrant alternative splicing event by these variants.
