Biomimetic hydrogel for the construction of patient-derived bladder cancer organoids with aggressive growth

We conducted whole exome sequencing on samples derived from patient tissue, organoids cultured from these tissues, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) collected from the same patients. The sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, which allowed us to generate comprehensive genomic data to study genetic variations and their potential implications in the context of disease pathology and treatment responses.
