Micranches dungbooi plastome

Micranthes dungbooi (Engl. & Irmsch.) Gornall & H.Ohba, found in Tibet and other parts of China, is distinguished by its linear or subulate stamen filaments and glabrous leaf blades with entire margins. However, its phylogenetic position within the genus is unclear. In this study, we report the complete chloroplast genome of M.dungbooi and build a phylogentic tree with six Micranthes species and six other Saxifragaceae species and two outgroups to provide genomic information for phylogenetic analyses.
