The data in these datasets has been collected for and is the basis of the publication titled "Perception of RAS-produced Fish – The View of Private Consumers and Fine Dining Chefs in Germany".<br>The data has been collected through surveys and the basis for the questionnaire design utilized priciples from the theory of planned behavior as well as multi-attribute attitude models.<br>
