Nekropolis — a cross-domain corpus of retracted, withdrawn, and discontinued artifacts in AI governance (v0.3)

Nekropolis v0.3 is a curated public-record corpus of retracted, withdrawn, revoked, archived, or discontinued artifacts in AI governance and adjacent digital-governance infrastructure. This release is deposited as the dataset/code package for the Scientific Data Data Descriptor draft: A curated corpus of retracted, withdrawn, and discontinued artifacts in AI governance. The release contains the v0.3 record file, v0.2 lineage artifacts, the candidate GitHub archived-repository slice retained outside the released corpus, the JSON Schema, build documentation, and the v0.3 pipeline bundle. Records use public secondary sources and should not be used to rank researchers, institutions, publishers, repositories, or service providers, or to support legal conclusions. Editorial note (2026-05-27): One v0.2 EU LOTL trusted-service record (neko-00016065, withdrawn 2016-06-30) was filtered from the three release JSONL files prior to deposit per the author's banned-names discipline. The filter is editorial and does not alter the upstream public source; reviewers can re-derive the original record by running fetch_eutl_history.py from the deposited pipelines bundle against the public EU LOTL feed.
