Estimates of evolutionary divergence over sequence pairs between groups for Calodesma spp. The number of base substitutions per site from averaging over all sequence pairs between groups are shown. Analyses were conducted using the Maximum Composite Likelihood model (Tamaru et al. 2004). This analysis involved 223 nucleotide sequences. Codon positions included were 1st+2nd+3rd+Noncoding. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated (complete deletion option). There was a total of 387 positions in the final dataset. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA X (Kumar et al. 2018).
