Transcriptome and SNP data for Pocillopora damicornis, Pocillopora acuta and Acropora millepora from the Great Barrier Reef

The reefs sampled were: Wallace Islet, Five Reef, Night Island, Wilkie Reef, Tydeman Reef, Lizard Island, Emily Reef, Sudbury Reef (2 sites), Trunk Reef, Rib Reef, Dip Reef, Pelorus Island, Wheeler Reef, Darley Reef, Holbourne Island, Ross Reef, Boulton Reef, Goble Reef, Calder Island, Reef No. 20-344, Reef No. 21-121, High Peak Island, North Keppel Island, Miall Island, Outer Rocks and Child Reef.
To try and identify loci that are under selection and are therefore for putative Quantitative Trait Loci.
