Coral Response to Bacterial Challenges and Heat stress - Raw sequence reads

Elevated seawater temperatures have been linked to higher coral disease prevalence. As the climate is changing, it is expected that coral disease will increasingly impact coral reefs. Here, we investigated how the coral holobiont is impacted when it encounters a pathogen under high seawater temperature conditions. To this end, we analysed the response the coral animal, as well as the algal symbiont and the bacterial community.
