Bacterial shotgun and amplicon sequencing from saline soil Metagenome

Sequencing of total environmental DNA, enrichment cultures and 16S amplicon originating from saline soil samples collected near salt graduation towers in Poland.3 samples were collected from 3 separate sites, for a total of 9 samples. For each sample, total environmental DNA was sequenced, along with full-length 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.Additionally, the most saline sample was selected from each sampling site, and was used for liquid and solid enrichment cultures. This material was again used for shotgun sequencing, as well as targeted metaplasmidome sequencing.
