Diffraction data from cubic insulin at room temperature

X-ray diffraction data from bovine insulin (space group I 21 3) collected at the Cornell High Energy Synchrotron Source (CHESS) beamline F1. The dataset is intended for a diffuse scattering data reduction tutorial at the 2022 Erice International School of Crystallography.
