Morning fecal samples were collected from all participants following standardized protocols. Participants were instructed to void urine before defecation to prevent sample contamination in West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Samples were collected aseptically by trained personnel into sterile fecal collection tubes, with approximately 2 g of feces per sample. Collected samples were immediately labeled with participant identification, sample number, and collection date, then flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen for subsequent analysis.
