The geochronological study of porphyry veins in the Jiama Cu-polymetallic deposit involves zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb isotope and Hf isotope analyses. The porphyry U-Pb isotope dating was performed using LA-ICP-MS isotope geochronology at the Institute of Mineral Resources, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. Zircon ages were calibrated with zircon 91500, GJ1, or TEM as external standards, whereas elemental concentrations were calibrated using NIST 612 or zircon M127 as external standards.
