Research data for Manufacturing and mechanical performance of graded porous copper–polyamide joints using PA6/PPA-modified feedstocks

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled “Manufacturing and mechanical performance of graded porous copper–polyamide joints using PA6/PPA-modified feedstocks” It contains raw tensile-test data and specimen-level summaries for the uniform-pore control and the G1–G4 graded-pore architectures with 0, 5, 10, and 20 wt.% PPA; Abaqus input files and extracted finite-element stress data; and source SEM, EDS, and processed micro-CT data underlying the reported microstructural characterization. File definitions, units, group codes, and data-processing procedures are provided in the accompanying README file.
