Dataset for "Examining anomalous summer carbonyl sulfide emissions in a boreal forest"

The final dataset used in the manuscript "Examining anomalous summer carbonyl sulfide emissions in a boreal forest" by Thomas et al. (2025). The dataset comprises carbonyl sulfide (COS) and carbon dioxide (CO2) eddy covariance flux data, as well as in-situ meteorological data, measured at Hyytiälä forest in Juupajoki, Southern Finland, from January 2020 to December 2022, as described in the manuscript. Raw data are available upon request from the author.
