We completed genome of 30 Streptomyces species by using both long-read (pacBio) and short-read (Illumina) sequencing techniques. In addition, we revised genome of Streptomyces venezuelae. Here, we submitted raw data from each sequencing platform. The dataset will be valuable for mining the noble secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters in Streptomyces genome.
