Vinotype: Minimal test dataset

Contains a subset of resequencing data produced by Dong et al., (2023): Dual domestications and origin of traits in grapevine evolution. This represents an expanded dummy dataset for validation and optimisation of an automated variant-calling workflow, Vinotype, intended to assist in the large-scale identifcation of candidate functional variants in heterozygous plant genomes, such as grapevine (Vitis spp.). Files are provided in FASTQ (.fq.gz), BAM.genozip (.bam.genozip), and GVCF.genozip (.g.vcf.genozip) formats, corresponding to the three supported entry points of the Vinotype workflow.
