These comprise the original pre-sentence file and the subsequent case history, recording all the developments during the period of probation, including directions and comments made by the senior supervising officers on the case history record. The files retained by State Records are a ten percent sample of those created by the Adult Probation Service between 1951 and 1956. (7/5582A-5584B). 6 boxes.
