Reproducibility package for "Prioritizing climate-resilient housing recovery in conflict-affected Yemen: a district-level MCDA and uncertainty framework"

This record contains the code, processed input tables, configuration files, checksums, figures, tables and generated outputs supporting the manuscript “Prioritizing climate-resilient housing recovery in conflict-affected Yemen: a district-level MCDA and uncertainty framework”. The package reproduces the downstream district-level multi-criteria decision analysis, four policy-weighting scenarios, Monte Carlo rank-stability analysis, missing-data and flood-exposure sensitivity tests, internal formula-weight sensitivity, sparse-RDT ablation, city-level comparison and all reported analytical figures and tables. The main entry point is: python scripts/build_final_outputs.py The package starts from the bundled district master table and auxiliary humanitarian layers. The computationally intensive upstream national raster and vector preprocessing is documented through data-lineage records, source links and expected outputs but is not fully reconstructed from redistributed raw source files where licensing or file-size restrictions apply.
