This dataset contains validation, benchmarking, and simulation data accompanying the preprint: cancerSimCraft: A Multi-resolution Cancer Genome Simulator with Comprehensive Ground Truth Tracking.
These files support reproduction of manuscript figures and enable verification of simulator performance. The simulator source code is available at https://github.com/haijingjin/cancerSimCraft
