Metagenomics Study at Pahang River, which is the longest river in the Peninsular Malaysia. This study focuses on the water quality of the river by analysing the relationship of bacteria and environmental factors at fish cages. The types of samples are river water and biofilm, in which they are collected at five different fish cages located at five different districts in Pahang.
