Shandong Provincial Hospital Database, SPHDB

SPHDB: In order to test the practical application of the proposed method, a clinical data set (Shandong Provincial Hospital Database, SPHDB) was created in this paper .SPHDB contains 24-hour ambulatory ECG recordings from 250 patients, all from patients with paroxysmal AF. All patients were from a variety of regions, with a minimum age of 42 years and a maximum age of 90 years, a male to female ratio of approximately 1:1, and a mix of farmers, workers, students and public officials. All records were collected by a 12-lead Holter ambulatory ECG monitor with a sampling frequency of 200 HZ. each record was annotated by a clinical expert and the annotated data was divided into AF segments and non-AF segments. The protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shandong Provincial Hospital.
