Single-cell sequencing of lung adenocarcinoma and its paracancerous tissues

To investigate the immune cell landscape in the vicinity of LUAD (lung adenocarcinoma), we employed single-cell sequencing to construct a comprehensive cellular atlas surrounding LUAD, with a particular emphasis on profiling and interrogating the regulatory T cell (Treg) compartment. This study aims to elucidate novel strategies for bolstering antitumor immunity.
