资源简介:
Little is known regarding the changes in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes, pathogens, species and functional pathways that occur with fecal transplant, especially with an adult donor to child recipient. Fecal transplant for recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI) in children causes an overall significant sustained decrease in AMR genes and potential pathogens in addition to species level and functional changes. However certain AMR genes increased post-FMT and low levels of potential pathogens were found in donors.
