The data set includes Sanger sequencing for confirming the location of the T-DNA insertion in the sixth exon of the VTC2 gene of Arabidopsis thaliana SALK_146824C line. CFX data presents RT-RCR data of VTC2 expression level in SALK_146824C line as compared with wild type plants of Columbia-0 line.
