High efficiency CRISPR knock-in demonstrates that TCF1 is insufficient to reverse T cell exhaustion

In this study we investigated the role of TCF1 in reversing T cell exhaustion by CRISPR-HDR technology. Overall design: C57BL/6 mice received CRISPR-edited CD45.1+ P14 cells and were infected with LCMV Clone 13. 20 days later, the CD45.1 P14 cells were isolated from the spleens of the recipient mice, sorted and analysed.
