RNA Sequencing Analysis of HIV-1 Infected HT1080 Cells

HT1080-CPSF6-mNGreen cells were infected with VSV-G pseudotyped wild type or N74D capsid mutant HIV-1-NL4-3 at an MOI of 10 by spinoculation or mock-infected. RNA was extracted from each treatment group at 6 hours post-infection, and RNA samples were used for next-generation sequencing. Libraries were prepared using a NEBNext Ultra II kit with poly(A) selection, and samples were sequenced using a NovaSeq X Plus with 150 bp paired-end reads.
