A mouse model of bleomycin (BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis was established. IMRC-EVs were infused via the tracheal or intravenous route. By accurately measuring the transcripts provided by RNA-seq technology, the differences in the transcriptomic profile of lung tissue after treatment with IMRC-EVs by different routes were evaluated.
